Your seminar 'Selling without really selling' was excellent and I picked up some good points that I was able to implement immediately with positive results. For instance, I had been trying to get my chiropractor to make an appointment for a consultation with me as a natural health care practitioner without success. After the seminar I went to his office for my regular adjustment, told him that I was setting up appointments for a particular date, asked about putting him in the schedule and he agreed. A few minutes later he realized that I had successfully closed him and congratulated me for doing so! I learned how to do that at your workshop. I also learned that the question: "What has happened since the last time we spoke?" — is a much more effective way of getting a conversation going than simply asking: "What's new?" — which is what I used to say! I said it to my hairdresser, who is normally very taciturn, and got a flood of unexpected information that allowed me to find and share some information that will probably be helpful to her in her situation. Thank you for teaching me such valuable skills and for all of your help.I look forward to taking more seminars with you.

More actionable content ... in less-time
I attended Linda's sales workshop through the NJAWBO Women's Business Center. I found it to be well organized, thoroughly researched, and very clearly presented. Linda packed so much vital information into this short time frame, that I wish she would hold an expanded 2-day seminar, at least. All of it is information every business owner should learn. No matter the size of your business or your product/service offering, we all need this training. I walked away from the workshop feeling as though I now had new tools to use in turning prospects into clients. One tip in particular, the assignment of 'homework' to a prospective client during an initial consultation, became so valuable to me that I use this tool with every new client meeting with consistent success. Linda has a very clear, down to earth approach to delivering her material, and she encouraged real life examples among the participants, making it very valuable to each of us. I hope everyone takes the opportunity to attend this workshop.

Thank you so much for all your insights, information and fabulous ideas today. I learned so much this morning. As soon as I got home, I called my client, made inquiries about my check, and asked her for referrals and a testimonial letter that I could use with my marketing materials.

I have already begun to revise my plans for a couple of prospect meetings, and thankfully waited till after hearing you before my next letter to a future channel partner. I need a list of sales questions and almost every one of these fits the situation. That close fit testifies to the general applicability and rapid-execution methodology offered. The value is huge.

I use Perpetual Mentors because they're an instantaneous refresher of the sales skills we already know. Don't let your ego get in the way of asking that one additional question that may move the deal forward. Used them again this morning before a meeting — they may be best of all for old sales pros. The Winner's Warm-up series is fantastic in wallet size.
