BTC Institute' co-founders decided to launch their consulting business as the direct outcome of solving a new-client's dilemma.  The client's challenge: Targeted prospects were dropping off the pipeline for no apparent reason.  From that early experience, the gap revealed was a lack of sales and marketing skills on the part of our client.  It became clear how even with the advantage of business skills training and experience in a major corporation — the stresses and exhaustion from a challenging economy can dilute and even nullify one's previous training and experience.
