A Special Message for You
WELCOME First-time Visitor:

When was the last time that you witnessed a business professional executing his/her duties and you thought:
     "I wish that I knew how to talk like that."
     "This person's management style seems effortless."
     "I haven't often witnessed that level of problem-solving ability."
     "A cool-head in the heat of battle if I ever saw one."
     "That's the first person whom I'd pick to be on my team."

These are the people who seem to look at life through a special lens that allows them to see clearly what we cannot.  Instinctively, they know exactly what to say and do.  Consequently, they almost always get most or all of what they want.  It's as if they always have the winds of success at their back.  How much would you give to look back inside their heads and know what they know?

Then you take note of one or two aspects of their style and try those out for yourself but your outcomes stay the same.  You suspect that there's a lot more that these successful people are about but try as you might, you just can't discern what more there is.

You're RIGHT, you know, because there are only a limited number of ways to learn what successful people know.  You can:
     1.  Be born into a successful family and assimilate success principles while growing up;
     2.  Associate with successful people and discern the principles over time by osmosis;
     3.  Read about success principles and learn by "faking it before you make it; OR
     4.  Get a mentor / advisor / coach to speed-up the process by giving you quick advice.

When alternative #1 above hasn't been one's lot in life, alternative #4 above would seem like the optimum choice.  However, mentors / advisors / coaches still require the expenditure of time and financial resources.  If you're an entrepreneur out on your own or an intra-preneur climbing the steep corporate ladder, you may not have extra time or financial resources at this moment.

The principals of BTC Institute came to understand this dilemma and decided to do something about changing it.  Their innovation of a solution is described further by this website.
