One BTC Institute co-founder was invited to be the guest for an evening at a local college. Student teams completing a course in business analysis were presenting their recommendations about solutions for several case studies about corporate business challenges. These students were fortunate to have for an instructor a person with much experience gained during many years at a Global-100 corporation. We became recipients of the above quote while walking out after the class had adjourned. Also, the class instructor wondered why, in addition to large corporations, the small-medium business (SMB) sector had been included in BTC Institute's target market.
Why did the co-founders form another business training, coaching and consulting company? One reason was that the large, national and international training firms like to target mostly major corporations. This leaves a gap for training programs that are also tuned to the needs of mid-size and small businesses in terms of: accessibility, duration and price-point.
We decided to do something about that.
